CHECKLIST FOR NEW MEMBERS
Membership application and release must both be notarized. Be sure that the notary signs, dates and places his/her seal on the form.
Both parents and member must sign all forms and the permission form. On permission form, sign by each event, member may be interested in competing in for the year. Sometimes their interest change during the year so sign each event because mid year they will not be allowed to try an event that has not been signed.
A copy of the most recent grade card must be turned in with application.
A copy of their birth certificate must be turned in with application.
There is a $100.00 awards money fee for every member, the first $50.00 is due with the Application and the other $50.00 will be due January 1st.
If you are joining the High School Division 9th-12th the membership fee is as follows:
